27 children and a good number of adult leaders left Barrow on a super luxurious coach to go to our annual camp! The weather was everything we needed the children and adults had a fantastic, active and blessed time and we were kept safe from harm for a whole week. God is good.

We celebrated the new King’s coronation with a Big Sunday Lunch get together with our community. God save the King
Easter 2023- lots of fun was had by all with songs and stories!

What a wonderful collection of Christmas card entries the children made during our last Family Fun event. Everyone who entered can come and collect a Goody Bag from the hall from the 17th November at any of these sessions, Coffee Morning (Thursdays 10-11am), Toddlers (Fridays 1-2.30pm) or Friday Club (Fridays 6.30-7.30pm). Well done everyone! Brilliant effort x
And the winners are….. (Yes, winners plural because it was so hard to pick just 1!) Florrie aged 10 and Nevaeh aged 9. Well done girls the designs are lovely and will be used as our Christmas cards which are distributed to 2000 homes around the hall. Your Goody Bags will also be available to pick up from the hall next week 🙂

Following 2 years of lockdown and Covid restrictions we were so happy and grateful to be able to take Children away again to our annual Anchor Christian Camp. A great time was had by all- the weather was perfect for our needs and we were blessed with health and safety throughout our journeys and activities. The children loved the den building, crafts , sports and games that kept them busy all week but more importantly they listened attentively to the message of the good news of Jesus Christ and the way of salvation.
